Anti-Money Laundering Policy

2. Money laundering is the collective use of criminal offenses to manipulate illegal sources of income for fraud or criminal activity. Public terrorism funds (terrorist financing) are national and local governments or foreign governments (including international organizations) Means any money or property that is recruited, provided, transported, or retained for use in certain types of violence or destruction for the purpose of interfering with the exercise of its authority or intimidating the public. Therefore, the Company will not tolerate any attempts that may be made in relation to these.

3. If the Company finds a slight clue about money laundering and terrorist financing, or if it believes it is a suspected transaction, the Company will suspend, suspend or suspend the customer's account until a clear result is obtained that the internal verification system does not .

4. The Company may report suspected transactions related to money laundering and terrorist financing to the Financial Information Analyst or report it to law enforcement without notification to the customer.

To comply with the law-based policies established by the State for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, 
① Establish an internal control system to respond quickly and accurately to risks such as money laundering and terrorist financing. 
② We will appoint a person in charge of preventing money laundering and preventing terrorist financing 
③ The confirmation items to fulfill customer confirmation duty are as follows. 
1) Verify your real name 
- Real name, real name (resident registration number) 
2) Customer Due Diligence 
- Check your financial real name + address, contact + actual owner + foreigner (nationality, date of birth, sex) 
- (Enhanced customer confirmation) CDD + transaction purpose, source of funds, etc. + occupation or industry 
④ For transactions exceeding one million won (or US $ 1,000), you are obliged to provide the remitter, beneficiary, and account number to the remitted financial institution. 
⑤ Implementation of system for risk management and monitoring of customer transaction matters on a regular basis 
⑥ If the contents of the transaction of the customer are reasonable grounds for doubtful money laundering and terrorist financing If available, report it to Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU). 
⑦ If the customer's transaction is suspected to be related to money laundering or terrorist financing and the customer is requested to submit materials for further confirmation, the additional submitted data must be in a state of high clarity to be identifiable. > ⑧ If you suspect that your transaction is related to money laundering or terrorist financing, you may suspend your account.
